Join our well-established, busy custom cabinet shop! We’re seeking an experienced drafter skilled in both commercial and residential projects. The ideal candidate has Cabinet Vision experience, thrives under deadlines, can manage multiple projects, and communicates effectively with customers, contractors, project managers, and our in-house team.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using Cabinet Vision software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
• Review and revise drawings based on feedback from team members and clients.
• Maintain organized documentation of all drafts and revisions for future reference.
• Order materials for each project based on finalized drawings
• Ensure all drawings are accurate and finalized before sending them to the CNC for production
• Participate in project meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions related to drafting tasks.

Skills

• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce precise technical drawings.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, contractors, and homeowners
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Problem-solving skills to address design challenges efficiently.
