We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to assist in the production, handling, and storage of The Perfect Block. This is a general labor position that involves manufacturing, stacking, and preparing ICCF blocks for distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in manufacturing ICCF blocks, including operating machinery and handling materials.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure blocks meet company standards.
• Follow safety guidelines and OSHA regulations.
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labor.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (indoor & outdoor).
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
