Tabitha Home Care Services is looking for a reliable Caregiver, Home Health Aide (HHA) or
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team! We are seeking individuals that can work
independently, to provide high quality care to patients. You will follow the plan of care provided
by your supervisor to help the clients maintain good personal hygiene and maintain a healthful
and safe environment.
As a Home Health Aide you will:
Assist clients with the following activities:
1. Self-administration of medications for clients who are competent to direct the care
2. Personal care including grooming and dressing
3. Eating and meal preparation
4. Oral hygiene and denture care
5. Toileting and toilet hygiene
6. IADL assistance
7. Administering emergency first aid
8. Providing or arranging for social interaction
Documents observations and services in the individual consumer record.
Reports any change in the consumer's mental
