Welcome to NW Orthopaedic Massage, we are looking for a rockstar LMT to join our team. We are an orthopedic-based massage clinic in Edmonds that focuses on using integrative techniques to get to the root cause. We are looking for a reliable and skilled LMP who understands injuries, biomechanics of movement, posture, and treatment protocols. We are also looking for someone versed in multiple techniques, has strong communication skills, and can work individually and collectively as a group.

This is a part-time employee position. We are looking for someone ideally 2-3 days a week. As we continue to expand, there is potential for growth.

Minimum Requirements:

• Active WA State LMP
• Liability/Malpractice Insurance
• Experience in Therapeutic, Medical/Orthopedic massage and/or willingness to learn such techniques
• Ability to perform 3-4+ massages per shift
• Organized, reliable, punctual, and professional
• Team oriented, although you will generally be working alone.
• Strong assessment skills
• Skilled and efficient in charting.
• Be respectful of clients and co-workers
• Ability to write progress reports as needed.
• Be responsible and timely

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic massage services tailored to individual client needs, utilizing deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy techniques.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate records of client progress and treatment outcomes.
• Educate clients on pain management strategies and self-care techniques.
• Uphold high standards of patient service and communication throughout each session.
• Ensure a clean and safe environment per health regulations.
