We are looking for an energetic, responsible, enthusiastic person to provide services in our medical spa. This contract is at least for 1 day a week. The selected contractor should be able to do the following:

Facial Treatments

  • Customized Facials: Estheticians often perform facials tailored to the client’s skin type (e.g., dry, oily, combination, sensitive). This includes cleansing, exfoliating, and using masks or serums.
  • Anti-aging Treatments: Providing treatments designed to address fine lines, wrinkles, and other signs of aging, such as dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, or light chemical peels.

Chemical Peels

  • Estheticians may administer chemical peels (superficial, medium, or deep), depending on their certification and the medical spa’s protocols. These help improve skin texture, treat acne, reduce pigmentation, and more.

Microneedling

  • Some estheticians are trained to perform microneedling (collagen induction therapy), which can help reduce scarring, stretch marks, and fine lines by stimulating collagen production in the skin.

Client Consultations

  • Estheticians often provide skin assessments, recommending appropriate treatments based on skin type and concerns.
  • They may also suggest at-home skincare routines and products that can complement the treatments performed at the spa.

Post-Procedure Care

  • In a medical spa setting, estheticians assist with post-treatment care, ensuring clients have the right aftercare products and advice for proper healing. They may provide advice after laser treatments, chemical peels, or microneedling sessions.

Maintaining Safety and Hygiene Standards

  • Medical spas have strict sanitation and hygiene standards. Estheticians are responsible for keeping tools and workstations clean, properly sanitizing all equipment, and maintaining a sterile environment.

Keeping Up with Industry Trends

  • Given the nature of the medical spa industry, estheticians are often expected to stay informed about the latest skincare trends, treatments, and technologies, often through ongoing education and training.

Please be advised that this is not an all-inclusive list. More information will be given during interview and onboarding.
