Below is a job description for the current position we are hiring for.

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing product demonstrations, and driving sales in a retail environment. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to upsell products effectively. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience and contributing to the overall success of our store.

In addition to working with customers, our Sales Representatives also take on additional responsibilities such as training, development, and recruitment. We are looking for someone who can move into a management position, work directly alongside our corporate offices, and run and develop new campaigns for our clients. We do offer classroom-style training and hands-on training for the position upon employment. 

 

Sales Responsibilities

  • Engage on a face-to-face level with potential new customers
  • Acquire new customer accounts
  • Resolve any issues that arise with current accounts
  • Take customer information accurately
  • Track daily and weekly sales goals and numbers

Sales Requirements & Skills

  • Clear communication skills.
  • Attitude and technical aptitude -- having an entrepreneurial spirit speaks volumes.
  • Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity.
  • Background in retail sales is helpful, but not required.
  • At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
  • Ability to work a minimum of 32 or 40 hours per week including evenings, weekends.
  • Strong Social Media presence preferred
  • Must have reliable transportation to location, off-site trainings, and meetings.
  • Ability to operate computer & tablet.
