Job Overview 
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Instructor to join our N-Zone Sports team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical education and experience or strong desire working with students in various capacities. This role is essential for fostering a positive learning atmosphere and promoting basic physical fitness among participants of ages 2-8.

The ideal candidate must have transportation and be willing to work in Child-care centers and preschools in the Springfield area and surrounding towns such as Wilbraham, Hampden, East Longmeadow, and Longmeadow.

Responsibilities

• Follow and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of students.
• Instruct students basic instructions for various physical activities, including basketball, soccer, t-ball, and flag football
• Create a safe and supportive environment for all participants during classes and activities.
• Collaborate with other instructors to promote student involvement.
• Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure they are safe and ready for use.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding student performance and program updates.

Experience

• Proven experience working with students in educational or recreational settings or a strong desire to.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
• Commitment to promoting health and wellness through physical activity.

Qualifications:

• Have own transportation
• Experience or desire to work with children
• Love for sports
• Undergo a background check and fingerprinting that passes the standards to enter schools and work with children

Pay: $17/hour
