A seasonal, on-site role for Camp Kitchen Managers and Lead Cooks located in the mountains of Colorado. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to food preparation, ensuring food quality, special diets, and culinary management. June - August, flexible scheduling.

Qualifications:

  • Food preparation and cooking skills for groups of 200+
  • Food Inventory knowledge
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Experience in camp kitchen management is a plus
