Our team is diverse, professional and passionate about design and exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

Work Location: In person at Cercan Tile (Michigan Design Center, Troy, MI)

Work Schedule: (Full Time) 9am - 5pm, Monday through Friday 

Job Description

• Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing expert advice.
• Generate sales leads, proactively prospecting new clients utilizing social media to create engagement
• Assist with product selection, designs and conduct follow ups
• Develop and present strong knowledge of all products and services
• Understand installation and use of all products to educate clients
• Follow up on client leads, inquiries and ongoing projects diligently
• Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge
• Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of design and sales experience
• Display and develop computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, (AutoCAD, and SketchUp Preferred)
• Strong work ethic and effective collaboration within a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with exceptional verbal and written command of the English language
• Work well in a fast-paced environment
• Detail oriented and highly organized
