5 Cities Swim School is excited to announce that we are now accepting General Manager applications for our swim school in Arroyo Grande, California! We’re looking for a manager with leadership qualities and passion for serving kids, families, and the community.

• Hire and develop staff - Office Managers, Instructors, Deck Managers, and Lifeguards
• Ensure high quality customer service
• Monitor student progress
• Maintain facility cleanliness, safety and appearance
• Manage budget and payroll
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure business health
• Follow systems with attention to detail and follow through
• Be a team player with high level of dependability and consistency
• Continue to grow and promote our Scholarship and Adaptive programming

• 2 years of management experience (Required)
• 2 years of aquatics experience (Preferred)
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to solve problems proactively
• Caring and compassion for children and adults
• Ability to commit to afternoons and weekend shifts
• Ability to obtain Lifeguard Certification and Certified Pool Operator license

$70,000-$80,000

Salaried, full-time. This role is eligible for additional bonuses.
