Prepare and submit permit applications for roofing projects in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Review and verify permit applications for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain and update records of all permit applications and approvals.
Communicate with clients, contractors, and local government agencies regarding permit status and requirements.
Track permit deadlines and ensure timely submission of required documentation.
Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to permit applications.
Provide administrative support to the production department as needed.
Must have experience
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or coursework in administrative support or a related field is a plus.
Previous experience in permit processing, administrative support, or a related role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of permit process is mandatory
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
