  • Prepare and submit permit applications for roofing projects in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Review and verify permit applications for accuracy and completeness.
  • Maintain and update records of all permit applications and approvals.
  • Communicate with clients, contractors, and local government agencies regarding permit status and requirements.
  • Track permit deadlines and ensure timely submission of required documentation.
  • Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to permit applications.
  • Provide administrative support to the production department as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or coursework in administrative support or a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in permit processing, administrative support, or a related role is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of permit process is mandatory
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
