We are looking for an Ocean Import Specialist to handle daily operations from A to Z. Responsibilities include opening files in our system, tracking shipments, issuing arrival notices, facilitating Customs clearance, dispatching and billing. Also frequent updates/communication with our overseas offices and directly with our clients. Previous Ocean Import operations experience is preferred but we will train the right individual. Skills/Attributes

• Work experience in ocean imports preferred but not necessary
• Good computer skills including MS Excel, Microsoft Outlook.
• Excellent Organization skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment.
• Positive attitude
• High School diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
