AA Networks is a fast-growing IT and telecom company located in Burlingame, CA. Founded in 1996, we provide IT and telecom services to our clients throughout the Bay Area. Our company is seeking a qualified candidate to fill our part-time Administrative Assistant intern position. The internship will last 3-6 months.

The internship provides training on all areas of office operations such as office administrative tasks, customer service, and sales and accounting support. It will be a challenging and excellent opportunity for those who want to get into office management field or obtain more working experience. 


Job Description

  • Assist with Account Receivable/Account Payable.
  • Assist with Sales Team performing project evaluation and profit analysis.
  • Order materials and manage inventory.
  • Schedule daily jobs for our technicians and enter time logs.
  • Perform daily office administrative tasks include data entries, answering phones/emails, sorting mails, ordering office supply, etc. 

Education, Experience and Other Requirements

  • Solid skills with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Working on college degree or college graduate is required and at least one year of work experience preferred.
  • Team player with a "can do" attitude and excellent work ethic.
  • Willing to learn new skills/technology.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.

Compensation: $21-26/hour, depending on skills/experience.
