Qualifications:

• Food Protection Certificate (Or very close to getting one)
• Previous related experience in food preparation (preferably in large quantities)
• Ability to read and write in order to follow written menus, recipes, trainings and work schedules
• Ability to maintain sanitary work habits
• Background & fingerprinting
