Position Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled and results-driven Digital Marketer & SEO/AEO Expert to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of digital marketing expertise, content creation, and a solid understanding of SEO, AI, and automation technologies to help us scale. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, collaborating with a forward-thinking team committed to growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Strategy Development: Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify SEO opportunities and create strategies to improve search engine rankings.
• SEO Optimization: Implement both on-page and off-page SEO tactics to increase organic search visibility.
• Content Coordination: Collaborate on content development that aligns with SEO goals and drives engagement.
• AI-Driven Techniques: Utilize AI tools to enhance SEO performance, streamline workflows, and improve website visibility.
• Email Marketing Campaigns: Develop and manage effective email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and conversion.
• Social Media Administration: Oversee social media account management, ensuring consistent brand messaging across platforms.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor website performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights.
• Automation: Leverage tools such as Zapier to automate marketing processes and improve efficiency.
• Stay Current: Continuously research and adapt to the latest SEO, AEO, and digital marketing trends.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO and AEO.
• 1-3 years of digital content creation experience.
• Deep understanding of SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
• Expertise in AI-driven SEO tools and techniques.
• Experience using Zapier for marketing automation.
• Familiarity with Matomo for web analytics is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
