Joe Roper's Surfboard Repair an immediate position available in our surfboard repair and manufacturing division. We are looking for an individual(s) with experience in one or more of following applications: boat repair, fiberglass repair, surfboard repair, auto-body detailing, woodworking. This person can demonstrate attention to detail, experience using sanders, polishers, hand sanding, and at a minimum have the basic understanding and fundamental knowledge on how to use hand machines- sanders and polishers. We will train 100% for this position to achieve and preserve the quality represented by our business.

This is a full time position (32-40 hours per week) Shifts are 8 hours a day starting early and ending mid afternoon. The location is central to I-5, 805, 163 in Kearny Mesa, CA.

To be clear- this is a high production, industrial environment that is phyically demanding. We are looking for a high-energy, disciplined individual that listens and learns, is easily trainable with an eagerness to work. Surfing and surfboard building knowledge and experience is a plus.
