Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and results-driven Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on generating new business by promoting and setting appointments for our professional window cleaning services—the easiest and fastest way to introduce our offerings. With our proven track record of upselling additional services like gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and solar panel cleaning, you’ll have the opportunity to significantly grow your earnings while contributing to the success of our company. Duties

  • Engage with potential customers through door-to-door sales, presenting our window cleaning services as a gateway to maintaining their home's exterior.
  • Identify customer needs and effectively upsell additional services such as gutter cleaning, pressure washing, and solar panel cleaning.
  • Generate new leads and manage your assigned territory to maximize coverage and opportunities.
  • Conduct in-person presentations to explain the benefits of our services and build trust with potential clients.
  • Set appointments for our service team while maintaining accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement promotional strategies and meet sales targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience throughout the sales process.
  • Stay informed about company services, market trends, and competitor activities to enhance your sales techniques.

Qualifications

  • Experience in door-to-door sales, direct sales, or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required—training will be provided.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust.
  • A motivated and goal-oriented mindset, eager to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
  • Proven ability to upsell products or services by identifying customer needs.
  • Organizational skills to manage your territory and maintain accurate records of activities.
  • Team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the company.

Pay: $68,721.00 - $172,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
