Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Quoting Associate with a strong foundation in the construction industry and a willingness to learn. The ideal candidate will manage daily quoting operations, assist customers, and handle both office-related and onsite estimating tasks. This role requires attention to detail, adaptability, and proficiency with software tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily quoting operations, including preparing and managing quotes for various projects.
• Answer phone calls and assist will-call customers professionally and efficiently.
• Conduct onsite estimates as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Read and interpret blueprints, apply for bids, and create sketches for custom projects such as storefronts, shower doors, and other tailored solutions.
• Utilize software tools, including Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and quote-generating platforms, to complete tasks efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Some experience in glazing, engineering, construction, or a related field. 
• Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, and quote-generating platforms.
• Experience in creating sketches for custom projects is a plus.
• Flexibility to handle both office-related and onsite tasks.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new software and industry practices.
