A customer service position is available for a parttime or fulltime candidate to join our team. The work site is an office building in the financial district of downtown Los Angeles. The position involves providing exceptional interactions with the building clients, tenants, guests and vendors.
The right candidate must be willing to perform lobby services, guest services, parking services and vendor relations. High school diploma or equivalent needed; some college education a preferrable. Living in close proximity to downtown Los Angeles is a plus. The position can offer flexible hours on weekdays and some weekend work.
No work experience necessary, however computer and the use of portable devices will be essential. The ideal candidate must be willing to learn new systems and use independent judgment while on the job. Clean Driver License needed (With No DUI's or Multiple Moving Violations). Bilingual skills with good communication abilities in English and Spanish is a plus.

Starting pay is $35,000 to $38,000 per year ($38,000 to $42,000 annually if full-time benefits are included).
