Overview
We are seeking a passionate, dedicated and responsible Soccer Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching and a commitment to educating young athletes in the fundamentals of soccer. This role involves developing players' skills, fostering teamwork, and promoting a positive and inclusive environment for all participants. The Soccer Coach will work closely with players of varying skill levels, ensuring that each individual receives the guidance needed to improve their game.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct engaging soccer training sessions that focus on skill development and teamwork.
• Educate players on game strategies, rules, and techniques to enhance their understanding of soccer.
• Implement behavior management techniques to maintain discipline and respect during practices and games.
• Collaborate with other coaches to develop comprehensive training programs that cater to different age groups and skill levels.
• Organize and oversee team practices, drills, and competitive matches.
• Provide constructive feedback to players to help them improve their performance.
• Foster a positive team culture that encourages participation, effort, and enjoyment of the sport.
• Maintain communication with parents regarding player progress and team activities.

Experience

• Proven experience in soccer coaching.
• Familiarity with behavior management techniques is a plus.
• Experience working with youth athletes in various capacities or other team sports is beneficial.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire young athletes.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.99 - $24.49 per hour

Expected hours: 4 – 6 per week
