Key Responsibilities

Inspire and Lead Learning:

• Design and deliver dynamic, hands-on lessons aligned with Arkansas state standards and LISA Academy’s innovative curriculum.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or a related field (required).
• Valid Arkansas teaching license or the ability to obtain one promptly (required).

Experience and Skills:

• Teaching experience in an early childhood or elementary classroom (preferred but not required—new teachers welcome!).
• Strong understanding of early literacy and numeracy instruction.
