    •    Experience in baking (artisan breads and sweet treats).

    •    Efficiency and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    •    Reliability and the ability to work a 30-40 hour workweek on your feet.

    •    Creativity in crafting delicious and visually appealing baked goods.

Job Responsibilities:

    •    Scaling, shaping, and baking a variety of artisan breads.

    •    Creating a wide array of sweet baked goods, including muffins, cupcakes, cakes, pies, cookies, pastries, brownies, bars, and more.

    •    Ensuring consistency, quality, and attention to detail in all products.
