We are looking for a Customer Relations Associate to work in our corporate headquarters in Morris County, New Jersey.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Field customer inquiries via various contact methods including but not limited to: phone, email, web platforms, chat
  • Maintain orders and inventory within Microsoft Dynamics GP
  • Process returns, claims, warranty issues
  • Create and manage internal and external facing reporting for sales teams and clients
  • Maintain client KPI’s for backorders, shipments, cancellation rates and more
  • Work closely with key departments to help facilitate program success

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Ability to work in a very fast paced environment and multitask
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suite
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP a plus but not required
  • Strong organization skills
  • Previous office experience in a Customer Service, Sales Support or Account Support role is strongly desired
  • Bi-Lingual (Spanish) candidates are a plus
