We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

**Duties:**

- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines

- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area

- Check identification to ensure legal drinking age

- Upsell drinks and promote specials to increase sales

- Handle cash transactions accurately

- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient service

- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting

- Proficiency with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems

- Knowledge of retail math concepts

- Strong customer service skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication skills

- Understanding of alcohol service regulations

**Nice-to-Have Skills:**

- Experience in sales or upselling techniques

- Familiarity with various types of POS systems

- Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages
