As we grow our online presence, we need a motivated, bilingual Sales Representative and Social Media Coordinator.

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Interaction:

• Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product information, answer questions, and assist in purchasing decisions.
• Build relationships to enhance customer experience and loyalty.

Photography and Social Media Management:

• Capture high-quality photos of products.
• Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Schedule and post content regularly with relevant hashtags and captions.

Knowledge of Car Parts:

• Have comprehensive knowledge of car parts (hoods, bumpers, headlights, etc.).
• Help customers identify the correct parts for their vehicles.

Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain accurate sales records and social media metrics.
• Assist in inventory management.
• Collaborate with team members for a seamless shopping experience.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales or customer service.
• Proficient in photography.
• Fluent in English and Spanish ( proffered ).
• Familiar with social media platforms.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Retail or e-commerce experience is a plus.
