Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Snow Groomer Operator to join our team for the winter season. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating grooming machinery to maintain and prepare ski slopes and trails, ensuring optimal conditions for our guests. Previous experience as a snow groomer is required for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate snow grooming equipment to prepare and maintain ski slopes and trails.
• Monitor snow conditions and make adjustments to grooming techniques as necessary.
• Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on grooming machinery.
• Collaborate with the mountain operations team to ensure timely opening of slopes.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and resort policies.

Schedule:

• Night Shift: 2:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
• Minimum of 40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime during peak times.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a snow groomer is required.
• Experience operating heavy machinery; experience with snow grooming equipment is mandatory.
• Understanding of ski slope maintenance and snow grooming techniques.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work in adverse weather conditions.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to sit for extended periods while operating machinery.
• Capability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Tolerance to work in cold and snowy environments.

Compensation:
The hourly pay range for this position is $18–$20, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
