We are seeking a passionate and creative Video Production Intern to join our team and help us elevate our digital presence through compelling video content.

As a Video Production Intern, you will assist in the planning, shooting, and editing of video content for various church events, services, and outreach programs. You will work closely with our media team to capture the essence of our ministry and share it with our congregation and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the production of video content for weekly services, special events, and community outreach programs.
- Help set up and operate video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
- Collaborate with the media team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for video projects.
- Edit raw footage into polished videos using editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Assist in managing video archives and organizing footage for easy access.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving video production processes.
- Support live streaming efforts during services and events, ensuring high-quality broadcasts.
- Engage with church members to gather testimonials and stories for video features.

Qualifications:
- Strong interest in video production and storytelling, particularly in a church or community context.
- Basic knowledge of video editing software (experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro is a plus).
- Familiarity with camera equipment and lighting techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- A creative mindset with a passion for visual storytelling and ministry.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
