Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Canvasser/Field Marketer to join our team. This role requires door-to-door canvassing across Orange County to generate appointments and leads for our sales team to close. A successful candidate will be responsible for setting a minimum of 1 to 3 qualified leads per day.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in canvassing or field marketing with a proven track record of successful lead generation.

Travel: Willing and able to travel throughout Orange County.

Transportation: Reliable personal vehicle required.

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $22 - $28 per hour, based on experience. Opportunity to advance to leadership position (increase pay & responsibilities)

Additional: Commission on sold leads + set leads.
