Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated individual to:
- Provide counseling and support for individuals with substance use disorders.
- Coordinate and facilitate group therapy sessions for our Juvenile IOP program.
- Collaborate with families and community partners to ensure comprehensive care.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Hold or be eligible to hold a Mental Health Practitioner’s License in Nebraska (PLMHP, LMHP, LIMHP).
- Certification as PLADC or LADC, or a strong desire to obtain certification.
- Experience in group facilitation and working with adolescents is preferred.

- Expertise in substance use counseling and treatment planning.
- Strong group facilitation and conflict resolution skills.
- Compassion, active listening, and a commitment to ethical care.
- Ability to manage crisis situations effectively.
- Accurate documentation and record-keeping skills.
