Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated individual to:

• Provide counseling and support for individuals with substance use disorders.
• Coordinate and facilitate group therapy sessions for our Juvenile IOP program.
• Collaborate with families and community partners to ensure comprehensive care.
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
• Hold or be eligible to hold a Mental Health Practitioner’s License in Nebraska (PLMHP, LMHP, LIMHP).
• Certification as PLADC or LADC, or a strong desire to obtain certification.
• Experience in group facilitation and working with adolescents is preferred.

• Compassion, active listening, and a commitment to ethical care.
• Ability to manage crisis situations effectively.
