NRG is looking for a Physical Therapist to join our growing onsite physical therapy practice working inside 2 local businesses (one in Lafayette, one in Batesville) helping their employees get access to high quality, affordable, physical therapy right where they work. This is a relaxed atmosphere with a heavy emphasis on growing and improving as a team and as a company. We are delivering the highest levels of patient experience and results without the burden of insurance restrictions, copious documentation requirements, and productivity metrics. This is an outpatient clinical role that extends into the workplace to serve our partner companies and their valued employees. We are looking for someone excited about getting into a fresh take on rehab, ready to learn and grow personally and professionally as part of a team, and help people in a more unique and fulfilling way. You will also have the opportunity to earn commissions based on business growth with new partnerships.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients using our proven systems for patient success, advanced manual therapy techniques, and movement coaching methodologies along with your own unique abilities and clinical experience.

Maintain a high level of self accountability and commitment to excellence in the clinical setting to maintain a positive working relationship with our organizational clients.

Qualifications

Licensed Physical Therapist

Dry Needling (nice to have)

Manual therapy (nice to have)

Outpatient experience (nice to have)

Any qualifications not met can be learned through continuing education and on the job training.

Job Type: Part Time

Pay: $50-55/hour

Schedule: Two days per week in 2 locations:

• Every Monday to Batesville Tool & Die at 177 Six Pine Ranch Rd, Batesville, IN 47006
• Every Wednesday to Wabash at 3900 McCarty Ln, Lafayette, IN 47905

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Reliably commute every Monday to Batesville Tool & Die in Batesville, IN and every Wednesday to Wabash Headquarters in Lafayette, IN (Required)

License/Certification:

• Physical Therapy License (Required)

Work Location: In person on Mondays at 177 Six Pne Rnch Rd, Batesville, IN 47006 and in person on Wednesdays at 3900 McCarty Ln, Ste 220, Lafayette, IN 47905

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
