We are seeking a professional officer for at Lake Royale Company Police Department in Louisburg, NC.

Patrol officer for straight shift.

The ideal candidate will have at least (1) year of experience as a police officer and be a highly motivated, self-starter who is looking for a long-term career opportunity. MUST HAVE A CURRENT N.C. BLET CERTIFICATION TO BE A POLICE OFFICER.

Duties include:

Patrol the streets to maintain public safety.

Investigate all incidents reported to the department.

Respond to all calls for service.

Investigate any suspicious activity reported.

Investigate vehicle accidents or traffic violations

Qualifications: Must have a valid NC Driver's License and possess a current North Carolina law enforcement certification. Must pass pre-employment screening, including background check, drug screen, and physical exam. Must be able to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time. Must have good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Must have excellent verbal communication skills. Must be friendly and professional in all settings. Must be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.

Pay: $52,500.00 - $58,663.00 per year for patrol officer.
