Jill Roberts is looking for a full-time or Part time retail Sales Associate/ Stylist to be responsible for all retail and store duties. Location is based in Studio City, with option to work in Santa Monica or Beverly hills location. Associate should be passionate and knowledgeable about how best to help customers find their 'Jill Roberts' look. Duties and responsibilities include driving retail sales and meeting sales goal by achieving excellent customer service.

Ideal candidate: has a retail, fashion or stylist background and can work up to 4 days a week.

Key areas of Responsibility:

Ensure the highest level of customer service through excellent sales service

Build meaningful relationships with clients through strong-interpersonal skills 

Achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis

“Go the extra mile” to drive sales 

Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas

Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options

Process POS (point of sale) purchases

Cross sell products

Handle returns of merchandise

Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service

Build productive trust relationships with customers

Comply with inventory control procedures. Collaborate with corporate office by identifying inventory concerns and communicating inventory needs.

Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store’s design)
