Job Description:
As a Licensed Massage Therapist at Monroe Massage, you will provide a variety of massage treatments tailored to our clients' individual needs. You will be responsible for maintaining a professional and relaxing environment while building relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.

Responsibilities:

• Perform various types of massage therapy including Swedish, deep tissue, and specialty treatments.
• Assess client needs and provide appropriate massage techniques.
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes in our booking system.
• Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in all treatment areas.
• Educate clients on spa services and wellness practices.
• Work collaboratively with other spa staff to ensure seamless client experiences.

Qualifications:

• Valid massage therapy license in the state of North Carolina
• Firm grasp of massage techniques and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Desire for health, wellness, and client care.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
