Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Patient Care Coordinator and Sales Executive. This unique position combines patient support with business development, ensuring exceptional care delivery while driving growth through sales and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and results-driven, with excellent interpersonal skills and a knack for building strong relationships. Potential salary of 100 to 150k per year from incentives.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Care Coordination

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
  • Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and procedures efficiently.
  • Maintain records in compliance with privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.

Sales and Business Development

  • Promote and sell healthcare services and packages to prospective patients.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calls, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with patients, healthcare professionals, and external partners.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma, equivalent or higher.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Marketing and Sales background is preferable

Skills and Attributes

  • Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferable
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
