Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in small engine repair. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and servicing various equipment, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. The Service Technician will work both independently and as part of a team to troubleshoot issues, perform repairs, and provide exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on small engine machines (primarily landscaping machines, generators, mowers, etc.)
• Utilize tools such as Ohmmeters for testing electrical components and troubleshooting issues.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• Higher hourly rate based on prior small engine experience.
• Ability to easily use computer to look up parts, record repair notes, etc.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools such as Ohmmeters and other relevant equipment is a strong plus.
• While we do provide tools, having your own tools is a big plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and not afraid to ask for help as needed.
• Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members professionally.
• Proof of citizenship, residency, and/or work permit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 54 – 60 per week
