The Operations Manager assist the Store General Manager in ensuring safe, fun and engaged playrooms with highly trained and effective canine coaches.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for all daily operations in the Back of House
   1. Canine Coach training and education
   2. Canine Coach engagement and games
   3. Canine Coach playroom safety and cleaning
   4. Ensures proper evaluation of new and current dogs in daycare to ensure all dogs are daycare ready
   5. Ensures appropriate wellness checks are being performed daily
2. Supply orders
3. Facility upkeep, cleaning and maintenance
4. Equipment maintenance
5. OSHA compliance
6. Oversee all Rover activities
7. Continual coaching and development of canine coach team
8. Canine Coach scheduling
9. Operations Manager is responsible for contributing to the success of the following levers
   1. Daily Dog Counts
   2. Pet Parent Retention
