We are seeking a reliable Janitor/Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both general maintenance and cleaning, with additional expertise in basic construction and repair tasks. This position requires someone who is flexible, dependable, and dedicated to ensuring our facility remains clean, safe, and in top working condition. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning duties, including operating floor scrubbers, buffers, and other cleaning machinery.
• Carry out basic maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repairs, and minor construction projects.
• Replace carpets and flooring as needed, ensuring high-quality installations.
• Assist with general maintenance and facility upkeep, contributing to ongoing projects and repairs.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained, cleaned, and stored after use.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in painting, drywall repairs, and basic construction.
• Skilled in carpet replacement and flooring maintenance.
• Proficient in operating floor scrubbers, buffers, and related machinery.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Flexible and reliable with the ability to adapt to changing schedules and occasional weekend hours.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to maintaining a clean, safe, and functional space.

Job Title: Janitor/Maintenance Technician

Hourly Rate: $18.00 USD/hour

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday: 3:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M.
• Saturday or Sunday (varies based on occasion): 5:00 A.M. - 10:00 A.M.
