Position Type:

  • Full-Time
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and involved Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this role, you will primarily work with children ages 18 months to 7 years old, providing in-clinic services. You will manage a caseload of 8-10 children and may be responsible for supervising 4-10 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), depending on case coverage. The BCBA will engage directly with both students and the team, ensuring the highest quality of care and progress. This position is primarily based on-site, but a hybrid work schedule can be considered (pending logistics). We bill primarily through Tricare, Medicaid, and Blue Cross insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct in-clinic services to children with developmental disabilities.
  • Supervise and mentor RBTs as they carry out treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Monitor and assess client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Current BACB BCBA Certification.
  • Active, hands-on involvement with students and staff. We seek a BCBA who is engaged and collaborative, not just office-bound.

Preferred:

  • Clinic-based experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities.

Additional Information:

  • Position involves working primarily with children between 18 months and 7 years of age.
  • The BCBA will be expected to support the professional development of RBTs and other team members.
  • Must be comfortable with a fast-paced, clinical environment, and a team-oriented approach.

If you're passionate about making a meaningful impact and enjoy hands-on work with children and a collaborative team, we encourage you to apply.
