Job Overview:
We’re seeking a punctual, personable, and organized Craft Instructor with a passion for teaching and creating memorable experiences. In this role, you will lead hands-on workshops, guiding participants of all skill levels in a fun and professional setting. Your focus will be on delivering 5-star customer experiences that keep our participants coming back for more.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and lead two workshops daily, ensuring participants feel supported and engaged.
  • Provide hands-on instruction tailored to different skill levels.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace before, during, and after each session.
  • Manage materials and inventory to ensure workshops run smoothly.
  • Ensure punctuality for all workshops, as timeliness is essential to our success.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to meet and exceed our 5-star experience goal.
  • Share workshop highlights on social media to showcase our creative community.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in teaching, retail, customer service, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Arts, Education, or related disciplines).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for arts and crafts, with experience in creative projects.
  • Ability to organize and multitask effectively.
  • Familiarity with both Mac and PC systems is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

What We Offer:

  • Pay: $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience.
