Consistency, is key to acquiring and maintaining a barber / client relationship. I say this because my business works by appointment, and depends on it. I’ve built relationships with clients such that, they are willing and happy to jump into a new trusted barber’s chair. But first, you must showcase your work.

Skill set must include:

Fade

Scissor cut

Beard trim

Shave

Must be personable and know how to communicate well. Experience would be a great advantage. However, experience does not supersede talent, and a willingness to learn.
