Responsibilities:

- Website , Social Meida update and management
- Marketing both for wholesale and retail business.
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Assist with office management tasks such as organizing files, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
 

Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role
- Proficient in using computerized systems and software such as wordpress,Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
