Inbound Appointment Setter

Looking for a motivated individual to support the sales process through scheduling appointments for inbound leads that request appointments on our website. This person will be calling, texting, and emailing potential clients and scheduling appointments for internal advisors. There is no cold calling.

Responsibilities Include:

• Calling, texting and email clients who request appointments
• Update the CRM will all activity
• Send Calendar invites when scheduling meetings
• Confirm upcoming meetings

This role can lead to full time role with increased responsibility.

Compensation will include a guarantee hourly rate and bonus based on completed appointments.

Training will happen at our Scottsdale office, but work can be done remotely assuming internet access.
