Location: McKinney,Texas (with summer relocation outside Texas for 3 months)

Compensation: $49/hour + Comprehensive Benefits Package

We are seeking a proactive nanny and family assistant for a high-profile family with two boys under the age of 2. The successful candidate will play a dual role, supporting the children’s development and assisting with household coordination alongside other staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Care for the boys with a focus on fostering their growth and education.
• Develop and implement engaging activities and curriculum.
• Assist with light household tasks for kids and family.
• Plan and prepare holistic, nutritious meals for the family.
• accompany the family for summer relocations outside Texas and vacations out of the country whenever needed.
• Maintain professionalism and discretion in all interactions.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of nanny experience with infants and toddlers.
• Background in holistic health or meal planning is preferred.
• Experience in high-net-worth or high-profile households.
• Passport-ready and open to domestic and international travel.
• Highly organized, energetic, and adaptable to a dynamic family environment.
• Second language skills are advantageous but not required.
