Position Overview

We’re looking for hardworking, reliable Landscaping Crew Members and Seasonal Helpers to join our growing team. Whether you’re experienced or new to the industry, this is a great opportunity to work outdoors, develop landscaping skills, and contribute to beautiful landscapes in the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform lawn care services, including mowing, edging, trimming, and cleanup.

• Assist with bed maintenance tasks like weeding, mulching, and soil preparation.

• Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment (mowers, blowers, trimmers, etc.).

• Support seasonal projects such as leaf removal and spring/fall landscape preparation.

• Maintain a clean, organized worksite and adhere to company quality standards.

• Work efficiently as part of a team to complete tasks on schedule.
 

Requirements

• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold).

• Availability for weekday shifts and Saturdays during peak seasons.

• Punctual, reliable, and able to follow instructions.

• Driver’s License (preferred but not required).

• Previous landscaping or lawn care experience is a plus – training will be provided for the right candidates.

Schedule

• Day shifts: Monday to Friday.
