Duties:
- Lead small group personal training sessions
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of body mechanics and anatomy
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of the latest fitness trends and techniques
- Promote fitness services and programs through effective retention strategies
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support and motivation
- Ensure a safe and supportive workout environment for all clients
Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the fitness industry
- (Preferred) Certification as a personal trainer or group fitness instructor
- (Preferred) Experience in sales
- Strong understanding of anatomy and body mechanics
- Experience working in a health club or gym environment
- Ability to motivate and engage clients of all fitness levels
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
