My Financial Home Enterprises is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Tax Preparer & Marketer to join our dynamic team. We specialize in providing top-notch tax preparation services to a diverse clientele, with a commitment to making tax season stress-free and efficient. Our goal is to ensure that clients receive the best possible outcomes on their tax returns.

This dual-role position combines the responsibilities of preparing tax returns for individuals and small businesses with the exciting opportunity to help market our tax services. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of tax preparation, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong ability to promote our services both online and in-person.

Tax Preparer Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review individual and business tax returns.
• Conduct thorough tax interviews with clients.
• Ensure all tax forms are complete and accurate.
• Stay updated on federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
• Identify potential tax credits and liabilities to optimize client tax returns.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain client confidentiality.
• Must have PTIN or willing to obtain - $19.95

Marketing Responsibilities:

• Social Media Marketing: Utilize your personal social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.) to create and share engaging content that promotes our tax preparation services, seasonal promotions, and related information.
• Customer Interaction: Establish rapport with clients and potential clients through face-to-face interactions, answering questions, and helping them understand our services.
• Content Creation & Strategy: Develop creative and informative content for both online and offline marketing efforts, ensuring consistency with brand messaging.

Use the TaxesToGo customer portal for client interactions and document submissions.
