Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a supportive and engaging learning environment that fosters the intellectual and emotional growth and spiritual formation of students. The Teacher will play a vital role in developing leadership skills among students while integrating Christian principles into the curriculum. We meet every Sunday from 12:30-2:30pm. The position pays $50 per Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the educational needs of students.
• Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages student participation and engagement.
• Mentor students, providing guidance and support in both academic and personal development.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure a collaborative approach to education.
• Organize and participate in event planning activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with children in an educational or mentoring capacity.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with students and families.
• Leadership qualities that inspire confidence and respect among students.
• Ability to plan and execute events successfully, demonstrating organizational skills.
• A genuine passion for education and a commitment to fostering student growth in all aspects of life.
