Position Overview:
We’re looking for energetic and motivated Crew Members to join our team! As a Crew Member, you’ll play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant. This role combines responsibilities of a cashier and an order packer.

Key Responsibilities:

Cashier Duties:

• Greet customers with enthusiasm and a friendly attitude.
• Take accurate orders and answer customer questions about the menu.
• Operate the POS system to process cash, credit, and mobile payments efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
• Assist with customer inquiries or resolve complaints promptly.

Order Packer Duties:

• Ensure all food items are accurately prepared, assembled, and packed according to order specifications.
• Double-check orders for accuracy and presentation before handing them off to customers or delivery drivers.
• Monitor food packaging supplies and restock as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packing area.

General Responsibilities:

• Follow all health and safety guidelines.
• Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive and productive environment.
• Assist with other tasks as needed, including stocking supplies, cleaning, and prepping ingredients.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
