ProsToYou Tennis is looking for an outgoing and experienced tennis professional to join our growing and enthusiastic team! ProsToYou Tennis is a Maryland and Virginia based program that offers exciting tennis programs to juniors and adults of all ages across the board from afterschool programming to youth/adult clinics, camps and private lessons throughout our locations in the DMV area. The ProsToYou team is looking for a well-adept coach that can provide expertise in delivering tennis instruction across the board with great leadership, fun and focus.

Qualifications:

• Must have experience playing the sport and understand the basic fundamentals and skills
• Must have a passion for the sport and helping others
• Must have high energy
• Must have reliable transportation and mobile phone
• Candidates must be professional, responsible, team oriented, motivated and inspired to coach
• Certification from recognized certification agencies, etc. or comparable coaching experience is a plus(USTA, USPTA, USPTR etc.)
• CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire

Requirements:

• Instructors will undergo background check
• All instructors will be set-up for a training/observation day
• A minimum of a High school diploma or GED
• Flexibility with scheduling

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Full/part-time tennis teaching experience
• USPTR/USPTA certified
• College degree preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

• Hourly Wage ($20-$50 per hour depending on program and experience)
• Compensation will be based upon experience, observation/training day, reliability, and availability.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
