Job Summary:
The Operations Manager is part of the Processing Operations team and is responsible for leading and managing the teammates in Austin, Texas, who perform the day-to-day activities. Operationally, this includes Receiving, Sort, Data Destruction and Test, Shipping and inventory. Managerially, this includes hiring, managing, and leading the team that performs the activities. This role manages the daily work while redefining how we process assets to add competitive advantage. The outcomes, including quality and efficiency, are the results generated.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead all people, processes, and outcomes for a secondary processing site.
Hire, coach, and lead a team of individuals responsible for asset processing.
Scheduling and timecard management
Management of our ITAD processing, including sort, test and wipe, and refurbishment.
General warehouse management, including receiving, shipping, and inventory.
Meet or exceed targets and SLAs for cost, accuracy, throughput, and overall quality.
Learn, innovate, and adopt new operational methods and processes.
Recommend and adopt tools, processes, and systems that improve our client experience.
Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company
Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale
Education and Experience:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of computer hardware/Software
Minimum of 5 years production operations experience
Minimum of 3 years managing people in fast paced warehouse environment or similar experience
Must have familiarity adhering to operational standards, e.g., ISO or others
Reverse logistics experience preferred.
R2, e Stewards, NAID, or other ITAD specific certification experience preferred.
Excellent Communication Skills
Physical Requirements:
May include standing for long periods of time, squatting, twisting, bending, and lifting between 10-50 lbs. (or more) regularly.

Employment Details:
